The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting surrounding environment data by using a sensor; s2, performing filtering, denoising and data fusion processing on the collected original data to form processed environment data; s3, analyzing the processed environmental data, and extracting required key features; s4, predicting potential behaviors of other vehicles and pedestrians according to the extracted key features; s5, based on the predicted potential behavior, sending a control signal to the vehicle; and S6, integrating the related components into an auxiliary driving system, and testing in a simulation environment and a real vehicle to complete reliability testing. The method has the beneficial effects that by integrating advanced deep learning and machine learning technologies, the efficiency and accuracy of data processing are remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the safety and reliability of the automatic driving vehicle are improved, so that higher safety guarantee is brought to drivers and pedestrians.
