    本发明公开了一种车体防弹结构设计方法、防弹结构、车身及其车辆,属于车辆制造的技术领域,方法步骤包括:基于装备定义对理论厚度进行参数修正,得到第一修正值;结合临界入射条件下防护性能的要求,建立对应的结构模型,根据结构模型进行厚度参数和/或位置参数的优化,获得第二修正值;对厚度参数和/或位置参数进行修正,得到第三修正值,生成对应的结构3D数据,进行整车试制试验验证。本发明的显著优点在于防护与车身同步开发,实现了车体缝隙360°全角度防护,填补了防护乘用车车体缝隙防护结构设计理论空白,在保证车体缝隙防护性能前提下,显著提升上下车方便性与美观性。
