Disclosed is an exhaust gas waste heat recovery system for a ship. The exhaust gas waste heat recovery system for a ship according to the present invention comprises: a heat medium circulation line through which a working fluid circulates, the heat medium circulation line being provided on the ship; a vaporizer which is provided in the heat medium circulation line and in which the working fluid is vaporized by exchanging heat with exhaust gas discharged from the engine of the ship; and a turbo expander provided in the heat medium circulation line and producing shaft power while receiving and expanding a working fluid, in which the engine receives a low flash point liquefied gas as a fuel and the working fluid circulates in the heat medium circulation line of a closed loop, meanwhile, a phase change from liquid to gas is caused by using, as a heat source, exhaust gas discharged from an engine by using a low-flash-point liquefied gas as a fuel.
