The lifting assembly drives the battery pack mounting box to move downwards, so that the four clamping jaws support the battery pack mounting box, when the battery pack mounting box moves downwards, the battery pack mounting box drives a limiting shaft to fall into a limiting groove, then a third mounting block hooks the limiting shaft, and at the moment, even if a telescopic cylinder is damaged and loses efficacy, the battery pack mounting box can be fixed. And through arrangement of a limiting shaft, a third mounting block and a limiting groove, reverse movement of the clamping jaw can be limited, and the clamping jaw plays a role in stably supporting the battery pack mounting box.

    本发明适用于电池包安装领域,提供了一种电池包安装结构,包括固定在汽车横梁上的安装架,还包括:第一安装块、第一转动轴、夹爪、电池包安装箱、弹性下压组件、减震组件和提升组件;所述安装架上固定有四组第一安装块,所述第一转动轴转动连接在第一安装块上,所述安装架上通过四组第一安装块转动连接有四个第一转动轴。提升组件带动电池包安装箱向下移动,使四个夹爪托住电池包安装箱,并且在电池包安装箱向下移动时,电池包安装箱带动限位轴落入限位槽内,进而使第三安装块勾住限位轴,此时,即使伸缩缸损坏而失效时,通过限位轴、第三安装块和限位槽的设置也会限制夹爪反向移动,使夹爪起到稳定支撑电池包安装箱的作用。
