The invention relates to the technical field of laying and recovery of underwater operation equipment, and provides a laying and recovery system of deep sea operation equipment, which comprises an arm support, a fixed frame and a guide connection mechanism. The arm frame is mounted on the ship body, and the angle is adjusted through the variable-amplitude oil cylinder; the fixed frame is hung on a cross beam of a cantilever crane and is provided with a steel wire rope winch, an umbilical cord guide wheel, a telescopic oil cylinder and a telescopic frame, the guide connection mechanism comprises a hanging beam and a guide connection assembly, is matched with a bearing head and a guide connection disc of the deep sea operation equipment, and is connected and fixed in an inserting mode. A pressing oil cylinder and a ball joint structure are designed, ocean current changes are adapted, and the connection stability is guaranteed. The arrangement of the slewing mechanism ensures that the deep-sea operation equipment rotates in multiple directions during laying and accurately reaches a preset working area. In addition, the durability and the butt joint accuracy of the equipment are improved through the design of a wear-resisting block, a guide column and a horn mouth. The whole system realizes stable laying and recovery of deep sea operation equipment, reduces the operation complexity and energy consumption, and improves the operation efficiency.
