The invention provides a tractor electro-hydraulic control HST hydraulic system which comprises an oil supplementing pump, a walking pump and a walking motor, and the walking pump and the walking motor are in loop connection through a pipeline. An oil supplementing branch and a control branch are arranged at an outlet of the oil supplementing pump; the oil supplementing branch is connected with a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve through branches, an outlet of the first one-way valve is connected with one end of the walking motor, and an outlet of the second one-way valve is connected with the other end of the walking motor. The control branch is connected with an electromagnetic reversing valve, the electromagnetic reversing valve is connected with a plunger mechanism, and the output end of the plunger mechanism is connected with a control switch of the walking pump. By the adoption of the hydraulic system, the oil supplementing pump provides oil for the control branch, the electromagnetic reversing valve controls the oil output direction, and therefore the output end of the plunger mechanism is controlled to move continuously; the control switch for controlling the walking pump realizes advancing and retreating state control and continuous speed control of the HST system; and the operation convenience is improved.
本发明提供了一种拖拉机电液控制HST液压系统,包括补油泵、行走泵、行走马达,行走泵与行走马达通过管路形成回路连接;补油泵的出口设有补油分路和控制分路;补油分路通过支路分别连接有第一单向阀和第二单向阀,第一单向阀的出口连接行走马达的一端,第二单向阀的出口连接行走马达的另一端;控制分路连接有电磁换向阀,电磁换向阀连接有柱塞机构,柱塞机构的输出端与行走泵的控制开关连接。采用本发明,补油泵向控制分路提供油液,电磁换向阀控制油液输出方向,从而控制柱塞机构的输出端连续运动;控制行走泵的控制开关,实现了HST系统的进退状态控制和速度的连续性控制;提高了操作便捷性。
