本发明公开了基于高位视频全景感知的停车调控方法及系统,属于交通控制领域,其中方法包括:对目标区域进行覆盖勘测,获取目标区域的全景感知数据集,并提取目标区域内的多组停车信息的行驶轨迹,确定停车行驶路径;持续监测车位状态信息,实时更新所述多个车位状态,并对车辆的停车行驶路径进行偏离纠正,得到校正路径;基于车辆的校正路径遍历目标区域行驶路径,制定停车调控策略对目标区域进行智能停车调控。本发明解决了现有技术中在面对复杂的停车环境时,由于缺乏有效的调控手段,且调控手段实时性差,导致停车场的利用率不高,车辆停车效率低的技术问题,达到了提高复杂情境下的停车效率以及车位利用率的技术效果。
