The invention relates to the technical field of pressure vessel manufacturing, in particular to a novel hoisting and mounting device for a fluidized bed and a using method.The novel hoisting and mounting device for the fluidized bed comprises a hoisting cover, the hoisting cover comprises a hoisting cover plate, a positioning pin, a hoisting lug plate and double-end studs, the two sides of the hoisting cover plate are each provided with a vertically-through threaded hole, and the double-end studs are connected into the threaded holes in a threaded mode; a connecting plate is arranged at the center of the lower part of the hanging cover plate; the hanging cover and the manhole flange bolt hole of the reactor are connected together through the double-end stud, when the reactor is installed on site, the hanging cover plate and the lifting lug plate are used in cooperation, the purpose of hoisting and installing the reactor can be achieved, and after installation is completed, the top hanging cover is detached to be used for other devices of the same type. The problem that the material cost is high due to the fact that the lifting lug cannot be used for the second time after being detached when the lifting lug and the main body structure are welded together in the prior art for lifting the pressure vessel is solved, the material cost of the device is saved, and the device is easy to operate and convenient to use.

    本发明涉及压力容器制造技术领域,是一种流化床新型起吊安装装置及使用方法,其前者包括吊盖,吊盖包括吊盖板、定位销、吊耳板和双头螺柱,吊盖板两侧分别设有上下贯通的螺纹孔,螺纹孔内螺接有双头螺柱,双头螺柱的上下两端均螺接有螺母,吊盖板下部中央设有连接板;通过双头螺柱将吊盖与反应器的人孔法兰螺栓孔连接在一起,在反应器现场安装时,通过吊盖板与吊耳板配合使用,即可实现反应器的起吊安装的目的,安装完成后卸下顶部吊盖可用于其他同类型设备使用,解决了现有将吊耳与主体结构焊接在一起,进行压力容器起吊作业存在的吊耳拆除后不能二次使用,导致材料成本高的问题,节约了装置材料成本,且装置操作简单,使用方便。
