An electric bus charging and swapping station double-layer optimization scheduling method considering environment temperature influence comprises the following steps: correcting battery related parameters according to the influence of temperature on battery performance; calculating a travel time matrix of each vehicle according to the input departure time and departure times; calculating the battery electric quantity consumed by each vehicle in each travel; a battery replacement threshold value is set, and when the battery state is lower than the threshold value, the bus performs battery replacement operation in the battery replacement station to form a battery replacement matrix; according to the number of the batteries and the vehicles in the station and the battery loss cost factor, a matching matrix is constructed, and the replaced batteries at the battery replacement moment are determined; substituting the obtained matching matrix into an upper-layer optimization model to obtain a current-day minimum-cost charging and discharging plan; and the charging and discharging plan obtained through upper layer optimization is substituted into the lower layer optimization model, and the peak-valley difference of charging and discharging and the charging and discharging uniformity are optimized. The dispatching method can reduce the load fluctuation of the power grid, improve the operation efficiency of the electric bus and prolong the service life of the battery.
考虑环境温度影响的电动公交车充换电站双层优化调度方法,包括:根据温度对电池性能的影响,修正电池相关参数;根据输入的发车时间和发车次数,计算出每辆车的出行时间矩阵;计算每辆车每次行程消耗的电池电量;设置一个换电阈值,当电池状态低于该阈值时,公交车在换电站内进行换电操作,形成换电矩阵;根据站内电池和车辆的数量,以及电池损耗成本因素,构建匹配矩阵,确定在换电时刻被换的电池;将得到的匹配矩阵带入上层优化模型,得到当日的最小成本充放电计划;将上层优化得到的充放电计划带入下层优化模型,优化充放电的峰谷差与充放电均与性。本发明调度方法能够降低电网负荷波动、提高电动公交车运行效率以及延长电池使用寿命。
