The invention discloses a thermal management system of a pure electric vehicle and the vehicle. The thermal management system comprises a refrigerant side and a liquid preparation agent side, the refrigerant side comprises a compressor, an IHX internal heat exchanger, an LCC heat exchanger, an OHX external heat exchanger and a gas-liquid separator; the IHX internal heat exchanger, the LCC heat exchanger, the OHX external heat exchanger and the gas-liquid separator are connected through a first valve group, so that a refrigerant side respectively works in a heating/refrigerating mode; when the refrigerant side works in a heating mode, the compressor, the IHX internal heat exchanger, the LCC heat exchanger, the OHX external heat exchanger and the gas-liquid separator are sequentially connected and then return to the compressor to form a heating loop, and when the refrigerant side works in a refrigerating mode, the compressor, the IHX internal heat exchanger and the OHX external heat exchanger are sequentially connected and then return to the compressor to form a refrigerating loop; the liquid preparation agent side comprises a battery loop, an electric drive and electric control loop, a chiller loop and a heat dissipation loop; and the battery loop, the electrically-driven and electrically-controlled loop, the chiller loop and the heat dissipation loop are connected through the second valve group to form different series-parallel connection structures.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动车辆热管理系统及车辆,包括制冷剂侧和制液剂侧;制冷剂侧包括压缩机、IHX内部换热器、LCC热交换器、OHX外部热交换器和气液分离器;IHX内部换热器、LCC热交换器、OHX外部热交换器及气液分离器之间通过第一阀组连接使制冷剂侧分别工作于制热/制冷模式;制冷剂侧工作于制热模式时,压缩机、IHX内部换热器、LCC热交换器、OHX外部热交换器和气液分离器依次连接后回到压缩机形成制热回路,制冷剂侧工作于制冷模式时,压缩机、IHX内部换热器和OHX外部热交换器依次连接后回到压缩机形成制冷回路;制液剂侧包括电池回路、电驱电控回路、chiller回路和散热回路;电池回路、电驱电控回路、chiller回路和散热回路通过第二阀组连接形成不同的串并联结构。
