The invention discloses a construction and carrying process method for an aluminum alloy cab. The construction and carrying process method comprises the following steps that a, an aluminum alloy segmented construction site is arranged; b, a supporting jig frame is designed, the supporting jig frame is fixed to an embedded part of a construction site, and an aluminum alloy base plate is fixed to the upper end of the supporting jig frame; c, the aluminum alloy segmented enclosure bulkhead assemblage is normally placed on the supporting jig frame, and the lower portion of the enclosure bulkhead assemblage is fixed to an aluminum alloy base plate; d, deck assemblage is installed, and the deck assemblage is placed on the enclosure bulkhead assemblage to be assembled; e, aluminum alloy lifting lugs are manufactured; f, square steel is installed for reinforcement, and flat iron capable of preventing wave deformation is installed for reinforcement; g, preparing before hoisting the aluminum alloy sections; h, the aluminum alloy sections are hoisted; and i, aluminum alloy sections are hoisted, and aluminum alloy cab section installation is completed. According to the method, the deformation of the aluminum alloy material in the segmented manufacturing and hoisting process can be effectively controlled, and the requirements of special material segmented construction and carrying precision are met.
