The invention provides a welded aluminum honeycomb hang glider and a manufacturing method, and the welded aluminum honeycomb hang glider comprises a wing surface which comprises an upper panel and a lower panel; a filling gap is formed between the upper panel and the lower panel, and a filling material is arranged in the filling gap; the filling material is provided with a filling unit and a filling cavity; the mounting seat is provided with a mounting part, the upper panel is connected with one side of the mounting part, and the lower panel is connected with the other side of the mounting part; the mounting portion, the upper panel, and the lower panel hermetically fill the gap. The technical problems of high manufacturing cost, large weight and short service life of the hang glider in the prior art are solved.

    本发明提供了一种焊接铝蜂窝滑翔翼及制作方法,焊接铝蜂窝滑翔翼包括:翼面,翼面包括上面板和下面板;上面板与下面板之间具有填充间隙,填充间隙内设置有填充材料;填充材料具有填充单元和填充空腔;安装座,安装座具有安装部,上面板与安装部的一侧连接,下面板与安装部的另一侧连接;安装部、上面板以及下面板密封填充间隙。解决了相关技术中滑翔翼制作成本高、重量大且使用寿命短的技术问题。
