The invention relates to the technical field of liquid crystal display, and discloses an anti-dazzle rearview mirror. The anti-dazzle rearview mirror comprises a dimming and color changing module and a reflecting layer which are arranged in a stacked mode. The dimming and color changing module comprises a first substrate, a first electrode layer, a first alignment film, a dye liquid crystal layer, a second alignment film, a second electrode layer and a second substrate which are arranged in a stacked mode. The dye liquid crystal layer comprises liquid crystal molecules and dye molecules. The first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are used for inputting different voltages to regulate and control deflection angles of the liquid crystal molecules and the dye molecules; the liquid crystal molecules are positive liquid crystal molecules or negative liquid crystal molecules, and the dye molecules are dichroic dye molecules. According to the anti-dazzle rearview mirror, self brightness adjustment is achieved through the electrode layer and the dye liquid crystal layer, and the technical problems that an anti-dazzle rearview mirror in the related technology is low in sensitivity and low in response speed are solved.
