The invention discloses an airfoil profile parameterization design method and device, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the interpolation of the coordinate data of a fitting airfoil profile, enabling the coordinate data to be consistent with the abscissa of the coordinate data of a reference airfoil profile, and obtaining the coordinate data of the fitting airfoil profile; defining a function based on the reference airfoil profile coordinate data and the fitting airfoil profile coordinate data to form an optimized Hicks-Henne function; determining an airfoil profile coefficient in the optimized Hicks-Henne type function by fitting airfoil profile coordinate data; and on the basis of the optimized Hicks-Henne type function and the airfoil coefficient, a fitting airfoil curve is obtained in combination with the original Hicks-Henne type function. The problem that in the prior art, a parameterization design method is insufficient in wing profile trailing edge disturbance in wing profile design is solved, the problem that the trailing edge included angle is insufficient can be corrected, and wing profile trailing edge disturbance is increased.
