The invention relates to a vehicle comprehensive management and control system based on vehicle-road cloud collaboration, which comprises a vehicle management and control system, a plurality of edge computing units and a plurality of sensing points arranged on a road, and is characterized in that the sensing points are provided with safety sensing systems; in a specific implementation mode, one or two safety sensing systems are arranged on the sensing point positions, the road condition, the vehicle running speed, the vehicle state data and the vehicle contour temperature of each road section on the road are sensed in an all-around mode through the safety sensing systems, and the vehicles on each road section are captured; according to the invention, the accuracy of the edge calculation unit for identifying the abnormal event of each road section is greatly improved, and the vehicle management and control system can accurately carry out path planning and safety management and control on each to-be-planned vehicle according to the data sent by each safety sensing system and each edge calculation unit. The outline temperature of the vehicle is judged on the downhill road section, so that a driver on the corresponding road section can be effectively reminded to cool in time.

    本发明涉及了一种基于车路云协同的车辆综合管控系统,包括,车辆管控系统、多个边缘计算单元以及多个设置在道路上的感知点位,所述感知点位上设置有安全感知系统;在一种具体实施方式中,本发明在感知点位上设置了一个或两个安全感知系统,通过安全感知系统对道路上各路段的路况、车辆行驶速度、车辆的状态数据以及车辆的轮廓温度进行全方位的感知,并对各路段的车辆进行抓拍,大大提高了边缘计算单元识别各路段异常事件的准确度,车辆管控系统根据各安全感知系统和各边缘计算单元发送的数据能够准确对各待规划车辆进行路径规划以及安全管控,在下坡路段对车辆的轮廓温度进行判断能够有效提醒对应路段的司机及时进行降温。
