The invention relates to the technical field of battery replacement cabinets, in particular to an assembly type modular battery replacement cabinet and a using method thereof, and the assembly type modular battery replacement cabinet comprises a cabinet body, laminates, a bin door, a heat dissipation unit, a power transmission unit and a water spraying unit; according to the invention, the following problems existing in the use and fire extinguishing process of the battery replacement cabinet in the prior art can be solved: the battery replacement cabinet cannot be cooled, so that heat cannot be dissipated in the battery charging process, spontaneous combustion and explosion of the battery are easily caused, and a fire disaster is caused; when a battery is on fire and sprays water to the battery, the battery replacement cabinet cannot be powered off in time, so that the phenomenon that the battery leaks electricity through water easily occurs, and the potential safety hazard of electric shock exists; the battery can be cooled through ventilation of the charging bin, and the situation that the service life of the battery is affected due to the fact that the battery is in a high-temperature state for a long time and fire disasters are caused by spontaneous combustion of the battery is avoided; the power supply can be cut off in time when the battery is spontaneously ignited, and water is sprayed to the battery to extinguish fire, so that the risk of electric leakage is avoided, and intact facilities in the cabinet body are ensured.

    本发明涉及换电柜技术领域,特别涉及一种装配式模块化换电柜及使用方法,包括柜体、层板、仓门、散热单元、送电单元和喷水单元;本发明能够解决现有技术对换电柜进行使用以及消防灭火的过程中存在的以下问题:无法对换电柜进行降温处理,导致电池充电过程中无法散热,容易引起电池的自燃和爆炸而引发火灾;在电池起火向其喷水时无法及时将换电柜断电,因此容易出现电池通过水漏电的现象,存在触电的安全隐患;本发明通过使补电仓通风能够对电池进行散热,避免电池长时间处于高温度状态而影响使用寿命以及电池自燃引发火灾;本发明在电池自燃时可以及时断开电源,再向电池喷水灭火,以避免漏电风险,且确保柜体内部设施的完好无损。
