The invention discloses a method for mounting a large eccentric shaft, aiming at different stages of the eccentric shaft in a press mounting process, different arc-shaped base plates are placed and different lifting point parts are arranged, so that the mounting process is smoother and more stable, and meanwhile, serious mechanical damage caused by gravity center deflection in the eccentric shaft lifting process due to improper practice is avoided. By the adoption of the installation method, the eccentric shaft and the bushing cannot damage the bushing hole of the press in the installation process, and due to the fact that the eccentric shaft is automatically aligned and located in the center of the bushing hole, the installation efficiency is improved, and the installation quality is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种大型偏心轴安装方法,针对偏心轴在压机安装过程中的不同阶段,放置不同的弧形垫板和设置不同吊点部位,可使安装过程更加顺畅、平稳,同时避免实际不当,造成偏心轴吊装过程中重心偏斜导致严重的机械损伤。采用本发明安装的方法,安装过程中偏心轴、衬套不会对压机衬套孔产生损伤,且由于偏心轴自动找正,处于衬套孔中心位置,不但提高了安装效率,且安装质量有了明显提升。
