And generating voltage data for representing tire deformation and vibration.     本发明涉及智能轮胎技术领域,特别涉及一种基于阵列式传感器的智能轮胎系统。包括:设置在每一个轮胎分区上的阵列式交错布置的压阻式线缆和压电式线缆、与每一个轮胎分区一一对应的数据采集模块、数据传输模块、电源模块和数据处理模块;每一个轮胎分区均匀设置有若干条压阻式线缆和若干条压电式线缆,每一条压阻式线缆用于在受到作用力时产生用以表征轮胎形变的电阻数据,每一条压电式线缆用于在受到机械应力或应变时,产生用以表征轮胎形变和振动的电压数据。本方案,交错的网格布置提供了高密度的测量点,可以提高检测精度,而且网格布置的线缆能够对轮胎进行多维度的全面动态监测。
