The heat utilization rate is increased, system energy consumption is reduced, a heat management system is more flexible, an automobile air conditioner can automatically select corresponding heating/cooling modes to adjust heat balance of a passenger compartment and a battery pack according to different environment temperatures, a corresponding most energy-saving path is provided according to the temperature of the passenger compartment and the battery temperature, and full temperature coverage is achieved; user participation is not needed, the driving safety is improved, meanwhile, the thermal comfort of members is improved, and the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种自动控制的新能源汽车热泵空调热管理方法及系统,涉及空调控制技术领域,包括布置传感器获取温度数据,输入至汽车热泵空调控制器中进行初步处理;传输至执行器进行控制量计算,确定新能源汽车热泵空调工作模式;进行新能源汽车热泵空调控制,执行控制策略。本发明可对极低气温环境下对电池和乘员舱进行较快供暖。提高热利用率降低系统能耗,使热管理系统更为灵活,使得汽车空调可以根据不同的环境温度自动选取相应的制热/制冷模式调节乘员舱与电池包的热平衡,根据乘员舱和电池温度有相对应的最节能的路径,实现温度全覆盖,不需要用户参与,提高行驶安全性的同时还提高成员的热舒适性、降低整车能耗。
