The invention discloses a charging heat management device and a control method thereof, a charging pile and an automobile, and the device comprises a sampling device which samples the current temperature of an inverter assembly, the current temperature of a charging gun assembly, the current temperature of a vehicle-mounted battery, and the current outdoor environment temperature of the charging pile; the control device controls opening and closing of at least one of the refrigerant plate and the first liquid cooling plate according to at least one of the current temperature of the inverter assembly, the current temperature of the charging gun assembly, the current temperature of the vehicle-mounted battery and the current outdoor environment temperature of the charging pile, and prompts a to-be-charged vehicle side to control opening and closing of the second liquid cooling plate. And heat management of preheating control or cooling control when the vehicle-mounted battery is charged at the charging pile side is realized. According to the scheme, the charging gun and the cooling gun are arranged on the charging pile side, the working state of the temperature control system on the charging pile side is controlled by combining the temperature parameters, high-temperature fast charging and preheating before low-temperature charging of the battery are achieved, the charging efficiency is improved, and the power consumption of the battery is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种充电热管理装置及其控制方法、充电桩和汽车,该装置包括:采样装置,采样逆变器组件的当前温度、充电枪组件的当前温度、车载电池的当前温度、充电桩的当前室外环境温度;控制装置,根据逆变器组件的当前温度、充电枪组件的当前温度、车载电池的当前温度、充电桩的当前室外环境温度中的至少之一,控制冷媒板块、第一液冷板块中的至少之一的启闭,并提示待充电的汽车侧控制第二液冷板块的启闭,实现在充电桩侧对车载电池进行充电时的预热控制或降温控制的热管理。该方案,通过在充电桩侧设置充电枪和冷却枪,结合温度参数控制充电桩侧的温控系统的工作状态,实现电池的高温快充和低温充电前的预热,提高充电效率且减少电池耗电量。
