According to the electrically-controlled variable-pitch aircraft propeller, when the propeller pitch angle of the movable propeller blades needs to be adjusted, a control main engine communicates with an electrical loop through a conductive sliding ring to control the forward rotation/reverse rotation action of a gear motor so as to drive a driving gear, a driven gear, a worm and gear set and a rotating shaft to achieve controllable rotation of the movable propeller blades; therefore, the synchronous adjustment of the pitch angles of the movable paddles is completed. The device is simple in structure, high in reliability and low in maintenance cost. The problems that a variable pitch propeller is easy to damage, difficult to maintain and high in cost in a high-pressure lubricating oil driving mode can be better solved, meanwhile, the rotating shafts of the movable blades are of a two-end shaft hole distributed stress structure, and under the condition that mechanical performance strength redundancy is guaranteed, the diameter of the rotating shafts can be reduced, and the purpose of reducing the weight of a propeller hub unit assembly can be achieved.

    本发明为一种电控可变距式飞机螺旋桨,在需要对活动式桨叶的桨距角度进行调整时,控制主机通过导电滑环连通电气回路来控制减速电机的正转/反转动作以驱动主动齿轮、从动齿轮、蜗轮蜗杆组、转轴实现对活动式桨叶的可控转动,从而完成对各活动式桨叶的桨距角度的同步调整。其结构简单、可靠性高、维护成本低。能更好的解决高压滑油驱动方式实现可变距螺旋桨的易损、维护难且费用昂贵的问题,同时,活动式桨叶的转轴采用两端轴孔分布式受力结构,在保障机械性能强度冗余的情况下,可减小转轴直径达到减轻桨毂单元组件重量的目的。
