The invention relates to a steel reinforcement framework piece hanging bracket for a super-long large cantilever bent cap and a using method. At least three framework piece hanging points are arranged at the bottom of a hanging bracket body at equal intervals in the length direction of the hanging bracket body. The length of the hanging bracket main body is configured to be equal to that of a steel reinforcement framework sheet of the super-long large cantilever bent cap; the bottom of the stand column structure is vertically installed in the middle of the hanging bracket body. The two inclined struts are located on the two sides of the stand column structure correspondingly, one ends of the inclined struts are installed on the stand column structure, and the other ends of the inclined struts are installed on the hanging bracket body. The hanging bracket hanging point structure is installed on the top of the stand column structure, and a hanging bracket hanging point is arranged on the hanging bracket hanging point structure. The hanging bracket with the same length as the bent cap framework piece is adopted for hanging point encryption, at least three framework piece hanging points are arranged, the steel bar bending moment is effectively reduced, and it is ensured that the framework piece meets the deformation limiting requirement in the installation process; therefore, the problems that the stress bending moment is too large and the installation difficulty and risk are high in the installation process of the super-long bent cap steel reinforcement framework piece are solved.

    本申请涉及一种用于超长大悬臂盖梁的钢筋骨架片吊架及使用方法,吊架主体底部沿着其长度方向等间距地设置有至少三个骨架片吊点;吊架主体的长度被配置为与超长大悬臂盖梁的钢筋骨架片等长;立柱结构的底部垂直地安装在吊架主体的中部;两根斜撑分别位于立柱结构两侧,且斜撑的一端安装在立柱结构上,另一端安装在吊架主体上;吊架吊点结构安装于立柱结构的顶部,且吊架吊点结构上开设有吊架吊点。本申请采用与盖梁骨架片长度相同的吊架进行吊点加密,设置了至少三个骨架片吊点,有效减小了钢筋弯矩,确保骨架片在安装过程中满足变形限制要求,从而解决了超长盖梁钢筋骨架片安装过程中受力弯矩过大、安装难度及风险大的问题。
