The invention provides a large-span offshore photovoltaic support and a transportation method thereof, the photovoltaic support comprises at least two tubular pile foundations, the at least two tubular pile foundations are arranged at intervals in the front-back direction, the top of each tubular pile foundation is fixedly provided with a base, and the base is provided with a first flange; each base is provided with a supporting stand column, each supporting stand column comprises a main stand column, the upper end of each main stand column is provided with a second flange, the lower end of each main stand column is provided with a third flange, and the third flanges are connected with the first flanges on the bases through bolts; a steel truss is erected between the front and back adjacent pipe pile foundations, the steel truss is used for installing a photovoltaic panel, connecting columns are arranged at the front and back ends of the steel truss, the connecting columns vertically penetrate through the steel truss, fourth flanges are arranged at the upper ends of the connecting columns, fifth flanges are arranged at the lower ends of the connecting columns, and the fourth flanges are connected with the fifth flanges. And the fifth flange is connected with the second flange corresponding to the fifth flange through a bolt. The problem that in the prior art, photovoltaic supports are high in transportation cost is solved.

    本发明提供一种大跨度海上光伏支架及其运输方法,其中,光伏支架包括至少两个管桩基础,至少两个管桩基础前后间隔设置,每个管桩基础的顶部均固定设有底座,底座上设有第一法兰;每个底座上均设有支撑立柱,支撑立柱包括主立柱,主立柱的上端设有第二法兰,主立柱的下端设有第三法兰,第三法兰与底座上的第一法兰通过螺栓相连接;前后相邻的所述管桩基础之间架设有钢桁架,该钢桁架用于安装光伏面板,且所述钢桁架的前后两端均设有连接柱,所述连接柱上下贯穿所述钢桁架,所述连接柱的上端设有第四法兰,所述连接柱的下端设有第五法兰,所述第五法兰与其所相对应的第二法兰通过螺栓相连接。解决了现有技术中光伏支架运输成本高的问题。
