When the top end of the electric lifting device ascends to the highest position, the bearing body is located above the cylinder body; when the top end of the electric lifting device descends to the lowest position, the bearing body is located in the cylinder; a switch is mounted on the charging pile body, a power supply, a controller and a payment module are arranged in the charging pile body, and the switch is connected with the power supply through the controller; and the controller is connected with the payment module. The charging pile can prevent a non-charging vehicle from directly occupying a parking space for charging a charging vehicle for parking.
