The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, in particular to a vehicle navigation control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a short-time driving style of a driver recognized by a vehicle, and obtaining a long-time driving style of the driver recognized by a server; fusing the short-time driving style and the long-time driving style to obtain an actual driving style of the driver; target pilot parameters of the vehicle are generated according to the actual driving style, the vehicle is controlled to be automatically driven in a pilot control mode according to the target pilot parameters, and the target pilot parameters comprise at least one of the maximum vehicle speed, lane selection, vehicle following distance, lane changing frequency, acceleration and deceleration and lane changing time. Therefore, the problems of poor driving experience, difficulty in giving full play to vehicle performance, potential safety risks and the like due to the fact that the influence of the driving style of the driver is less considered and the intelligent driving parameters are difficult to match with the current driver style in the prior art are solved.
