The invention discloses a transportation tool and method for a fan foundation buoy. The transportation tool comprises a conveying support, a containing assembly used for containing the buoy and a conveying assembly. A transfer assembly is arranged below the conveying bracket; the placing assembly comprises a suspension assembly, a placing disc and a placing plate; the transferring assembly comprises a bearing frame and a jacking driving mechanism. After the buoys are conveyed in place, the jacking driving mechanism drives the bearing frame to be in butt joint with the placing plate and transfers the buoys to an assembling station; the floating barrels are circularly conveyed in the vertical direction, the storage space in the vertical direction is utilized to the maximum extent, the available space of an offshore dock deck is saved, the size and occupied space of hoisting equipment are reduced, the hoisting height of foundation module assembly is reduced, then the gravity center height of the hoisting equipment is reduced, and the influence of wind resistance on the foundation assembly process is reduced; the problems of shaking and the like are avoided, the stability of equipment is improved, and an operable weather window is expanded; and meanwhile, the working energy consumption of hoisting equipment is saved.
本发明公开了一种用于风机基础浮筒的运输工装和运输方法,包括输送支架、用于放置所述浮筒的放置组件、传输组件;输送支架下方设有转运组件;放置组件包括悬吊组件、放置盘、放置板;转运组件包括支承架及顶升驱动机构;浮筒输送到位后,顶升驱动机构驱动支承架与放置板对接并将浮筒转移至组装工位;本发明沿竖直方向循环输送浮筒,最大化利用竖直方向的存储空间,节省海上船坞甲板的可利用空间,减小起吊设备的体积及占用空间,降低基础模组组装的吊装高度,进而降低起吊设备的重心高度,减小风阻对基础组装过程的影响,避免晃动等问题,提高设备的稳定性及扩大可操作的天气窗口;同时更节约起吊设备工作能耗。
