The invention provides a high-speed train stop scheme optimization method considering space-time equilibrium, and relates to the technical field of traffic transportation data processing models. The method comprises the steps that a time space 0-1 matrix is established to represent the stopping rules of trains at all stations, due to the fact that train stopping carries time information, the first dimension of the time space matrix represents the train stopping time rules of all the stations, and the second dimension of the time space matrix represents the train stopping space rules of all the trains in all the sections; under the condition that preset conditions are adopted to restrain the time-space matrix, an objective function for optimizing the value of the time-space matrix is constructed according to the arrangement uniformity of the trains parked at different times at the specific station, the section stop arrangement balance and the per capita travel time deviation; and adopting the target function, designing an adaptive variable neighborhood search algorithm to optimize the value of the time-space matrix, and obtaining a target optimal value of the time-space matrix.
