The system is mainly characterized by comprising a control system and an execution system, wherein the control system comprises a lithium battery controller LBM and a vehicle control unit VCU; the 12V lithium battery LBM normally sleeps; after dormancy, the RTC is automatically awakened once every 2 hours; the LBM detects the temperature and voltage of the battery; judging whether thermal runaway occurs or not; when thermal runaway occurs, the LBM sends a network management message to wake up the whole vehicle; the thermal runaway alarm signal is sent to the VCU; and after the VCU receives the alarm signal, the vehicle is started, the high-pressure action is executed, and a compressor of the whole vehicle is controlled to cool the vehicle. The device has the characteristics that when the storage battery system is in the dormancy state and the 12V lithium battery is subjected to thermal runaway, detection and alarm can be carried out, and the device is mainly used for thermal runaway detection of the 12V lithium battery of the hybrid electric vehicle in the dormancy state.

    本发明为一种12V锂电池休眠下热失控检测方法。属于12V锂电池技术领域。它主要是解决现有蓄电池系统在休眠下无法进行热失控检测和报警的问题。它的主要特征是:包含控制系统和执行系统,控制系统包括锂电池控制器LBM和整车控制器VCU;12V锂电池LBM正常进行休眠;休眠后每2小时RTC自唤醒一次;LBM检测电池温度以及电压;进行判断看是否发生热失控;发生热失控时则LBM发出网络管理报文唤醒整车;将热失控报警信号发送给VCU;VCU收到报警信号后,启动车辆,执行上高压动作,控制整车压缩机给车辆降温。本发明具有蓄电池系统在休眠下,当12V锂电池发生热失控时,可进行检测和报警的特点,主要用于混动汽车的12V锂电池在休眠下的热失控检测。
