The system comprises a control system, a first variable frequency driving unit, a second variable frequency driving unit, an A/B cable luffing mechanism, a state sensing device, a C/D cable luffing mechanism and a state sensing device, according to the control method, speed, torque and power characteristics of the variable-amplitude four-cable mechanism are analyzed and calculated, parameter matching optimization is conducted on comparative analysis, and according to the characteristics of rope winding, working torque and the like of the crane variable-amplitude mechanism, a rotating speed and power nonlinear operation characteristic curve is formed through simulation calculation and analysis; the defects of low operation efficiency, low fault redundancy, low control precision and the like caused by a traditional control method are overcome.
