A dual-frequency excitation loop is arranged to generate a low-frequency magnetic field and a high-frequency magnetic field, and a dual-frequency detection loop is arranged to detect low-frequency sampling voltage and high-frequency sampling voltage under the low-frequency magnetic field and the high-frequency magnetic field; a signal processing circuit is arranged to filter, amplify and rectify the low-frequency sampling voltage and the high-frequency sampling voltage to obtain a low-frequency detection signal and a high-frequency detection signal, and a processor is arranged to analyze the low-frequency detection signal and the high-frequency detection signal to judge whether ferromagnetic or non-ferromagnetic metal foreign matters exist or not; a plurality of pairs of excitation coils Le and detection coils Ld which are in one-to-one correspondence are arranged, so that a foreign matter detection area is divided into a plurality of sub-areas, the position of a metal foreign matter is conveniently determined, and all-directional metal foreign matter detection is realized; and the excitation coil Le and the detection coil Ld are decoupled from the transmitting coil and the receiving coil, so that isolation from a wireless charging system is realized.

    本发明涉及无线电能传输技术领域,具体公开了无线充电系统的双频金属异物检测系统及其控制方法,设置双频激励回路产生低频磁场和高频磁场,设置双频检测回路检测低频磁场和高频磁场下的低频采样电压和高频采样电压,设置信号处理电路对低频采样电压和高频采样电压进行滤波、放大及整流,获得低频检测信号、高频检测信号,设置处理器分析低频检测信号、高频检测信号,判断是否存在铁磁性或非铁磁性金属异物,设置一一对应的多对激励线圈Le与检测线圈Ld,从而将异物检测区域划分为多个子区域,便于确定金属异物的位置,实现全方位的金属异物检测;设置激励线圈Le、检测线圈Ld与发射线圈及接收线圈均解耦,实现了与无线充电系统的隔离。
