The invention discloses a working condition self-adaptive power battery control method and system and an electric loader. The working conditions of the engineering machinery are subdivided according to the use scene of the engineering machinery, a power battery discharging control method or charging control method is formulated for each working condition, main operation parameters of the engineering machinery are monitored in real time, a working condition characterization parameter matrix is established according to the parameters, and a working condition parameter matrix database is synchronously established. The engineering machinery control system can identify each working condition through real-time parameters so as to quickly switch a discharging control method or a charging control method of the power battery, control the charging and discharging power of the power battery at the end of the power battery, realize quick adaptation of the battery power of the electric engineering machinery based on an operation scene, and is particularly suitable for an electric loader. The purposes of working condition self-adaption, low consumption, energy conservation and endurance prolonging are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种工况自适应的动力电池控制方法、系统及电动装载机;按照工程机械使用场景,将工程机械工作工况进行细分,针对每一种工况制定一种动力电池放电控制方法或充电控制方法,通过实时监控工程机械主运行参数,并根据这些参数建立工况表征参数矩阵,同步建立工况参数矩阵数据库,工程机械控制系统可通过实时参数识别每一种工况,从而快速切换动力电池放电控制方法或充电控制方法,在动力电池端控制其充放电功率,实现电动工程机械基于作业场景的电池功率的快速适配,尤其适用于电动装载机,达到工况自适应,低耗节能,增加续航时间的目的。
