The distributed inlet guide vane adjusting mechanism structurally comprises the ultrasonic motor, a motor ring, a transmission rod, a coordination ring and a screw. The ultrasonic motor is mounted on one surface of the motor ring, and certain pre-pressure is applied to the ultrasonic motor during mounting, so that the motor is in inclined surface contact with the coordination ring; the ultrasonic motor drives the coordination ring to move up and down along the inclined surface through friction; the coordination ring and the inlet guide vane are connected through a screw, and when the coordination ring acts, the inlet guide vane is driven to rotate through cooperation of the screw so as to change the angle of the vane. According to the adjusting mechanism, by means of the characteristic that the ultrasonic motor is fast in response, the blade angle is fast adjusted, so that the engine performance is improved, and engine surge caused by the fact that the working range of an engine is narrowed and the rotating speed of the engine is increased possibly in the high-speed and high-maneuverability operation process of the small unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.
