The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated construction, in particular to a partition board lifting device which is characterized in that an anti-falling device is additionally arranged on a lifting component; when the motor is damaged, under the gravity effect of the partition wall board, the winding column begins to rotate reversely and drives the inner ring of the anti-falling assembly to rotate reversely synchronously, the rotating speed is gradually increased, and the protruding piece arranged in the inner ring of the anti-falling assembly extends outwards in the radial direction under the effect of centrifugal force and is inserted into the groove body of the outer ring of the anti-falling assembly; when the protruding piece is inserted into the groove body, the protruding piece is clamped and fixed, the inner ring of the anti-falling assembly stops rotating, meanwhile, the winding column fixed to the inner ring of the anti-falling assembly stops rotating, and therefore the end, fixing the partition board, of the lifting steel wire rope is prevented from continuously falling. The partition board is lifted through the lifting device, and the safety in the lifting process can be improved.

    本发明涉及装配式施工技术领域,具体是一种隔墙板提升装置,本发明在提升构件上增加了防坠装置;当电机损坏时,在隔墙板的重力作用下,缠绕柱开始反转,同时带动防坠组件的内圈同步反转,且转速逐渐增加,防坠组件内圈中设置的突出件在离心力的作用下径向向外延伸,并插入防坠组件外圈的槽体中,突出件插入槽体的瞬间将突出件卡固住,使防坠组件内圈停止转动,同时与防坠组件内圈固定的缠绕柱停止转动,从而阻止提升钢丝绳固定隔墙板的一端继续下坠。通过本发明的提升装置提升隔墙板,能够提高提升过程中的安全性。
