The invention discloses an optimization method for AGV charging scheduling of an automatic container terminal. The method comprises the following steps: 1) taking minimization of AGV completion time as a target, establishing a wharf AGV charging scheduling mathematical model, based on AGV electric quantity management of a conservative charging threshold value and a progressive charging threshold value, making a decision on the charging opportunity, the charging position and the charging amount of the AGV in the wharf AGV charging scheduling mathematical model, and constructing a charging strategy; 2) designing an adaptive genetic algorithm for dynamically adjusting parameters to solve the model, and obtaining an AGV charging scheduling scheme; and 3) selecting experiment parameters, designing three groups of experiments, and verifying the model and the charging strategy. The invention has the characteristics of short charging time, high transportation efficiency and large adaptation range.
本发明公开了一种自动化集装箱码头AGV充电调度的优化方法,包括以下步骤;1)以最小化AGV完工时间为目标,建立码头AGV充电调度数学模型,基于保守充电阈值和渐进充电阈值的AGV电量管理,对码头AGV充电调度数学模型中AGV的充电时机、充电位置和充电量进行决策,构建充电策略;2)设计动态调整参数的自适应遗传算法对模型进行求解,获得AGV充电调度方案;3)选取实验参数并设计3组实验,验证模型和充电策略。本发明具有充电时间短,运输效率高,适配范围大的特点。
