The invention relates to the technical field of power grid dispatching, and discloses a power grid black-start dispatching method and a power grid black-start dispatching system for vehicle network interaction control. Determining the output control power of each charging device connected with the vehicle network control node according to the collected power supply data on the power supply loop of the power grid, and distributing the output control power to each charging device through a power control instruction, so that the charging device feeds back the maximum power output limit value to the vehicle network control node; the maximum power output limit value is used for correcting the output control power of each charging device, so that the power utilization stability of the charging devices is guaranteed, and each charging device is controlled to supply power to a power supply loop of the power grid according to the corrected output control power; the frequency stability of the local power grid is still kept after the vehicle network control node and the power grid dispatching node lose communication, and energy support is provided for fragile power grid power balance during black start of the power grid.

    本发明涉及电网调度技术领域,公开了一种车网互动控制的电网黑启动调度方法及系统,本方法通过当车网控制节点响应于所述电网调度节点的通讯请求失败后,根据所采集的电网的供电回路上的供电数据确定车网控制节点所连接的各充电设备的输出控制功率,并通过功率控制指令分配至各充电设备中,使充电设备将功率最大输出限值反馈至车网控制节点,并利用功率最大输出限值对各充电设备的输出控制功率进行修正,从而保障充电设备的用电稳定性,并控制各充电设备按照修正后的输出控制功率向所述电网的供电回路供电,保证了车网控制节点和电网调度节点失去通讯后仍保持局域电网的频率稳定,为电网黑启动时脆弱的电网功率平衡提供了能量支持。
