The invention provides a battery replacement system and method based on UWB, Bluetooth and a block chain, and the system comprises a plurality of battery terminals and a plurality of station terminals, and the plurality of station terminals maintain a block chain together; each battery end is provided with a first Bluetooth low energy (BLE) communication unit and an ultra wide band (UWB) tag unit; each station end is provided with a main control unit, a second BLE communication unit, a plurality of anchor point UWB base stations and a network communication unit; the battery end and the station end perform information interaction through the first BLE communication unit and the second BLE communication unit; the battery end and the station end carry out posture in-place detection when the battery end enters the battery swap station through the UWB tag unit and the multi-anchor-point UWB base station; and the station end stores the battery replacement data on the block chain through the main control unit. It can be seen that in-place positioning of the battery end and uploading of the battery replacement data in the battery replacement process are achieved in a UWB + Bluetooth + block chain mode, and safe battery replacement and efficient battery replacement can be achieved.
