The method comprises the following steps: determining the health degree of the motor according to reference information of the motor, wherein the reference information comprises at least one of the temperature of an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) of the motor, the temperature of a winding of the motor, the temperature of a motor controller of the motor and the current of the motor; and determining a torque distribution coefficient of the motor according to the health degree of the motor, wherein the torque distribution coefficient of the motor is used for controlling the motor torque.
