The invention provides a charging station response capability regulation and control method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: for each of a plurality of light storage charging stations which can be dispatched in a power utilization period of an energy control system, carrying out the regulation and control of the response capability of a charging station; determining a first constraint condition corresponding to the decomposition response capacity of the optical storage charging station in the power utilization time period; determining a second constraint condition of a response instruction deviation value of the optical storage charging station in the power utilization time period based on the first constraint condition and an association relationship between the response instruction deviation value of the optical storage charging station in the power utilization time period and the decomposition response capacity; and based on the second constraint condition, determining a target value of the response instruction deviation value, so that a response deviation minimization model outputs a minimum value of the response capability difference degree of the optical storage charging station. According to the technical scheme, the power regulation and control reasonability of the energy control system and the light storage charging station is improved.

    本申请提出了一种充电站响应能力调控方法及装置、计算机设备和存储介质,该方法包括:对于能源控制系统在用电时段内可调度的多个光储充电站中的每个所述光储充电站,确定所述光储充电站在所述用电时段内的分解响应容量对应的第一约束条件;基于所述第一约束条件,以及所述光储充电站在所述用电时段内的响应指令偏差值与所述分解响应容量的关联关系,确定所述光储充电站在所述用电时段内的响应指令偏差值的第二约束条件;基于所述第二约束条件,确定所述响应指令偏差值的目标值,使得响应偏差最小化模型输出所述光储充电站的响应能力差异度的最小值。本申请的技术方案,提升了能源控制系统与光储充电站双方的电力调控合理性。
