The driving mechanism is used for controlling the telescopic bracket to extend/retract; the unmanned aerial vehicle is applied to the unmanned aerial vehicle landing method, and the unmanned aerial vehicle landing method comprises the steps that in the unmanned aerial vehicle landing process, the vertical distance between the unmanned aerial vehicle and a landing area is obtained in real time through a distance measuring sensor; when the vertical distance is reduced to be within the preset distance range, the unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled to stop descending; one telescopic support extends through a driving mechanism, and when the bottom of the telescopic support makes contact with the ground, a contact sensor at the bottom of the telescopic support feeds back a contact signal to the driving mechanism.
