According to the system and the method, equipment such as measuring equipment and a base station antenna does not need to be arranged on the ground, the influence of factors such as terrain, environment and weather is avoided, the whole test line train speed control system is high in redundancy capacity, capable of being applied to multiple scenes and different debugging speeds, safe and reliable, speed control rules meeting self debugging and running requirements can be preset, and the speed control efficiency is improved. And the adaptability is higher.
