The invention discloses a method for generating a credible guidance instruction based on a four-dimensional flight path of an aircraft, and relates to the field of civil aviation air traffic management, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, building an aircraft flight state prediction model as a predictor; s2, establishing an aircraft control instruction optimization model as an optimizer; s3, the predictor and the optimizer form an MPC-based aircraft trusted guidance instruction generator; s4, acquiring a current flight state and a four-dimensional guide track of the aircraft; s5, inputting the input state and the input track into an aircraft credible guide instruction generator, and calculating to obtain an optimization result, namely an optimal guide instruction at the current moment; and S6, outputting the optimal guide instruction, and after a set time, returning to the step S4 for re-sampling, optimizing and outputting a result. The guidance instruction is given to the aircraft based on the four-dimensional guidance track, the task load of an air traffic controller can be effectively reduced, and a reference instruction can be given to a pilot in time to improve the flight efficiency of the aircraft and the utilization rate of the airspace.
