The invention relates to the technical field of cables, in particular to a bending-resistant automobile charging cable and a production process thereof, the bending-resistant automobile charging cable comprises a charging cable body, and an outer convex assembly is arranged outside the charging cable body. The trapezoid hollow buffer blocks which are uniformly distributed in the cable are arranged around the central axis at equal intervals, so that stress and deformation generated in the bending process of the cable are effectively reduced, the number of times of bending resistance and the bending radius of the cable are remarkably improved, and the service life of the cable is prolonged; the epoxy resin halogen-free flame retardant filler filled in the inner core protection sleeve not only provides good insulation performance and prevents short circuit among the conductors, but also has excellent flame retardant performance, and effectively reduces the risk of fire disaster of the cable under unforeseen circumstances; and through mutual cooperation of the U-shaped embedded block and the outer convex ball, a buffer effect can be achieved when the cable is subjected to external impact or extrusion, and the possibility of cable damage is reduced.

    本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体为一种耐弯折汽车充电电缆及其生产工艺,包括充电电缆本体,所述充电电缆本体的外部设置有外凸组件。通过电缆内部均匀分布的梯形空心缓冲块围绕中心轴线等距阵列排布,有效减少了电缆在弯折过程中产生的应力和形变,显著提高了电缆的耐弯折次数和弯折半径,从而延长了电缆的使用寿命;配合内芯保护套内部填充的环氧树脂无卤阻燃剂填充物不仅提供了良好的绝缘性能,防止了导体之间的短路,而且具有优异的阻燃性能,有效降低了电缆在意外情况下发生火灾的风险;并且通过U型嵌块和外凸球相互配合,能够在电缆受到外部冲击或挤压时起到缓冲作用,减少电缆受损的可能性。
