The invention discloses a light-emitting plate, a manufacturing method of the light-emitting plate, a light-emitting assembly and a light-emitting interior trim, and relates to the technical field of light-emitting plates, and the light-emitting plate comprises a mirror surface aluminized film layer, a first electrode layer, a transparent insulating medium layer, a light-emitting layer, a second electrode layer and a transparent protective layer. The first electrode layer, the transparent insulating dielectric layer, the light-emitting layer, the second electrode layer and the transparent protective layer are sequentially arranged on the mirror surface aluminized film layer, the transparent insulating dielectric layer is used for separating the first electrode layer from the light-emitting layer, and the transparent protective layer is used for protecting the second electrode layer. Therefore, by supplying power to the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, the light-emitting layer emits visible light which is deviated from the mirror surface aluminized film layer and is emitted towards the mirror surface aluminized film layer, so that a direct light path and a reflection light path which is reflected by the mirror surface aluminized film layer are respectively formed, and the light-emitting plate can emit soft and uniform atmosphere light. The light-emitting plate solves the problems that a traditional 3D light-emitting decoration panel is complex in structure, large in energy consumption and high in production cost.
