The invention discloses a vehicle electric seat anti-pinch system which is provided with an electric seat and a seat control module, motors for driving the seat to adjust are arranged in the electric seat, the seat control module is connected with each motor and outputs a control signal to each motor, an occupying sensor is arranged on the seat, and the occupying sensor is connected with the electric seat. The occupying sensor is connected with and outputs a signal indicating whether a person sits on the seat to the vehicle body control module, and the seat control module controls the movement range of the electric seat according to whether a passenger is behind the electric seat in current adjustment. The size of the distance space between the seats is judged based on the existing mature seat memory function in combination with a software algorithm; the software algorithm precision is set by a developer, the precision can be higher and more accurate, the system develops software based on the existing module of the vehicle, no part is added, and the cost of the whole vehicle is controlled; the anti-pinch function can be achieved, meanwhile, interference of people, objects and other complex environments in a vehicle is avoided, and the false triggering probability is greatly reduced.

    本发明揭示了一种车辆电动座椅防夹系统,系统设有电动座椅和座椅控制模块,所述电动座椅内设有驱动座椅调节的电机,所述座椅控制模块连接并输出控制信号至每个电机,所述座椅上设有占位传感器,所述占位传感器连接并输出座椅是否坐人的信号至车身控制模块,所述座椅控制模块根据当前调节中的电动座椅后方是否有乘客控制电动座椅的活动范围。本发明基于现有成熟的座椅记忆功能结合软件算法判断座椅之间距离空间大小;此软件算法精度由开发者自己设定,精度可以更高,更准确,并且该系统基于车辆现有模块开发软件,不增加零部件,控制整车成本;能够具备防夹功能的同时,不受车内人和物等复杂环境干扰,大大降低误触发概率。
