The invention provides a control system and method of an electric steering pump and a vehicle. A corresponding relation table of current and rotating speed is stored in a vehicle control unit; the vehicle control unit is used for detecting the current bus current input to the steering pump controller, determining a target rotating speed matched with the current bus current according to the corresponding relation table, generating a rotating speed control instruction and sending the rotating speed control instruction to the steering pump controller; wherein the magnitude of the bus current is positively correlated with the steering force required by the vehicle; the steering pump controller is used for controlling the electric steering pump to operate at the target rotating speed according to the rotating speed control instruction. In the system, the vehicle control unit can determine the target rotating speed of the electric steering pump by detecting the bus current of the steering pump controller and combining the corresponding relation table, and due to the fact that the bus current is in positive correlation with the steering force needed by the vehicle, the steering force requirement of the vehicle can be met when the electric steering pump operates according to the target rotating speed, and in addition, the steering force requirement of the vehicle can be met. The electric steering pump does not need to work at a constant rotating speed, so that the energy consumption of the electric steering pump is reduced.
本发明提供了一种电动转向泵的控制系统、方法及车辆,整车控制器存储有电流与转速的对应关系表;整车控制器用于检测输入至转向泵控制器的当前母线电流,根据对应关系表确定与之相匹配的目标转速,并生成转速控制指令发送至转向泵控制器;其中,母线电流的大小与车辆所需的转向力正相关;转向泵控制器用于根据转速控制指令,控制电动转向泵按目标转速运行。该系统中,整车控制器可以通过检测转向泵控制器的母线电流,结合对应关系表确定电动转向泵的目标转速,由于母线电流与车辆所需的转向力正相关,从而电动转向泵在按照目标转速运行时,可以满足车辆的转向力需求,并且,电动转向泵不需要以恒定转速工作,从而降低了电动转向泵的能耗。
