Compared with the prior art, the multiple floating platforms can share one anchoring assembly, the number of anchoring assemblies occupied by each fan on average is reduced as much as possible under the condition that normal operation is guaranteed, the wind power plant is made to be compact in overall structure and not occupy too much sea areas, the construction cost is reduced by reducing the number of anchoring assemblies, and the wind power plant is convenient to construct.
