The invention relates to the technical field of automobile refueling devices, in particular to a valve structure, a main cover unit and an uncovered refueling device.The valve structure comprises a lower cover, an upper cover and a valve body assembly, the upper cover and the lower cover are detachably connected, the upper cover and the lower cover are matched to form a pressure relief channel, and the valve body assembly is detachably arranged between the lower cover and the upper cover; the valve body assembly has a closed state and a pressure relief state; when the external pressure borne by the valve body assembly is smaller than a preset threshold value, the valve body assembly cuts off communication between the pressure inlet end and the pressure relief end of the pressure relief channel. When the external pressure borne by the valve body assembly is larger than the preset threshold value, separation of the pressure inlet end and the pressure relief end which are opposite to each other of the pressure relief channel is relieved, the manufacturing precision is improved, the structural size can be controlled to be reduced, the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, and an automatic response mechanism is beneficial for the refueling device not to be damaged or dangerous when the pressure is too high; and safety guarantee is provided, design is reasonable, and operation is convenient.
本发明涉及汽车加油装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种阀门结构、主盖单元及无盖加油装置,阀门结构包括下盖、上盖和阀体组件,上盖与下盖可拆卸地连接,上盖和下盖二者配合形成有泄压通道,阀体组件可拆卸地设于下盖和上盖之间,阀体组件具有封闭状态和泄压状态;阀体组件受到的外部压力小于预设阀值,阀体组件隔断泄压通道的进压端和泄压端二者的连通;阀体组件受到的外部压力大于预设阀值时,解除对泄压通道相对的进压端和泄压端二者的隔断,提高了制造精度,又能控制结构尺寸减小,使制造难度降低,自动响应机制有利于加油装置在压力过高时不会受到损坏或发生危险,提供了安全保障,设计合理且操作便捷。
