The invention discloses an integrated fin charging connector which mainly solves the problems that an additional cooling system of an existing connector is complex, extra power is consumed, and a connection structure is loose. The invention relates to an electromagnetic brake which comprises a shell (2) and a copper conductor (3), the shell comprises two groups of mutually independent cavities (20) and two brake plates (21), and one end of the shell is provided with a rear end cover (1) used for guiding current; the copper conductor is located in the shell and connected with an external superconducting cable system and a user side system, two sets of fin copper wires are adopted, each set of fin copper wires comprises an integrated structure of a conductive column (31), a fin (32), a hard copper wire (33) and a wiring terminal (34), the fin is located between the conductive column and the wiring terminal, and the wiring terminal is located at the other end of the hard copper wire. The heat dissipation efficiency of the cable terminal in the charging process of the electric vehicle is improved, the charging speed is increased, the compactness and strength of the system are improved, the weight of the system is reduced, and the system can be used for charging connection of the electric vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种一体式鳍片充电连接器,主要解决现有连接器附加冷却系统的复杂、额外功率的消耗、连接结构松动的问题。其包括外壳(2)、铜导体(3),该外壳包含两组相互独立的空腔(20)和两个制动板(21),且一端设有后端盖(1),用于导流;该铜导体位于外壳内并与外部的超导电缆系统和用户端系统连接,其采用两组鳍片铜导线,每组鳍片铜导线包括导电柱(31)、鳍片(32)、硬铜导线(33)和接线端子(34)的一体结构,鳍片位于导电柱与接线端子之间,接线端子位于硬铜导线的另一端。本发明提高了在电动车充电过程中电缆终端的散热效率,加快了充电速率,提高了系统的紧凑性和强度,减轻了系统重量,可用于电动车辆的充电连接。
