The invention discloses a gradient force energy absorption device for preventing an inclined shaft from sliding down. The gradient force energy absorption device comprises a packaging shell, a steel cable assembly, a plurality of friction energy absorption elements and structure damage energy absorption elements, wherein the packaging shell is in a long-strip rectangular cavity shape, and the friction energy absorption elements and the structure damage energy absorption elements are arrayed in the cavity of the packaging shell. Each rectangular cavity of the packaging shell is provided with a guide rail, the friction energy absorption element is formed by a sliding block which is in sliding fit with the guide rail, and an elastic body and a friction body are sequentially arranged in rectangular grooves in the upper side and the lower side of the sliding block, so that the friction body is tightly attached to the surface of the packaging shell for friction energy consumption; the structure damage energy absorption element comprises a plurality of barrier plates fixed in the packaging shell and a crushing type energy absorption unit placed between every two barrier plates. The steel cable assembly comprises a steel cable penetrating through the blocking plates and the sliding block and a plurality of fixing heads which make contact with and drag the sliding block and the blocking plates and are fixedly connected with the steel cable. The device has remarkable flexibility of slowly changing braking force, consumes energy in a pure structural form, does not need to be maintained, can reliably and gradually change energy absorption braking even if being placed for several years, and realizes safe braking of the overspeed mine car.

    本发明公开了一种斜井防跑车用渐变力吸能装置,包括呈长条矩形腔的封装壳体、钢索组件、阵列于封装壳体腔内的若干摩擦吸能元件和结构破坏吸能元件;该封装壳体的各矩形腔体均设有导轨,摩擦吸能元件是滑块与此导轨滑动配合,弹性体和摩擦体依次安置于滑块上下两侧的矩形凹槽内,使摩擦体与封装壳体表面紧贴摩擦耗能;该结构破坏吸能元件包括固定于封装壳体内的若干阻挡板、放于两阻挡板间的压溃式吸能单元;该钢索组件包括穿过各阻挡板和滑块的钢索、对滑块和阻挡板进行接触拖动并与钢索固接的若干固定头。本发明具有制动力缓变的显著灵活性,而且是纯结构形式耗能,无需维护保养,即使放置若干年也能可靠渐变吸能制动,实现超速矿车的安全制动。
