The embodiment of the invention discloses a shipbuilding hoisting protection hanger device which is used for assisting in hoisting thin plates. The hanger device comprises a first hanger plate, a second hanger plate and a U-shaped hanger plate. The U-shaped code plate is provided with a U-shaped groove used for containing a lifted plate body, a threaded hole is formed in one side of the U-shaped code plate, and the adjusting bolt is arranged on the U-shaped code plate through the threaded hole and used for clamping the lifted plate body contained in the U-shaped groove. The first stacking plate and the second stacking plate are perpendicularly arranged on the surface of one side of the U-shaped stacking plate, and a through hole is formed in the first stacking plate and used for being connected with a lifting hook or a shackle. The hanger device is easy to mount and dismount, low in cost and capable of effectively reducing local deformation of hoisting. Welding with a thin mother board is not needed, welding deformation is reduced, and the polishing workload is reduced. The construction time cost is effectively reduced.

    本申请实施例公开了一种船舶建造吊装保护吊码装置以辅助吊运薄板。吊码装置包括:第一码板、第二码板和U形码板;U形码板具有U形槽,用于容纳被吊运板体,U形码板一侧开设有螺纹孔,调节螺栓通过螺纹孔设置于U形码板上,用于夹紧U形槽内容纳的被吊运板体;第一码板和第二码板互相垂直设置于U形码板一侧表面,第一码板开设有通孔,通孔用于连接吊钩或卸扣。该吊码装置安装拆卸简单,成本低廉,能有效减少吊运的局部变形。不用与薄板母板焊接,减少焊接变形,减少打磨工作量。有效减少施工工时成本。
